Where it is necessary to help either of you to have an appropriate understanding of any of the financial issues to be discussed, we will invite relevant experts to join the meetings.
This could be an accountant if we are discussing issues relating to the valuation of a relevant business, or a pensions expert if we need to understand the impact of your pension provision on the settlement.
We also work with independent financial advisors, tax accountants and other financial experts all of whom are committed to the collaborative process and will be brought in to to help you both reach an all encompassing settlement which will last.
